MR. KAMLESH ATAL (DIRECTOR)
Mr. Kamlesh has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (1993) from Nagpur College of Pharmacy (Nagpur University). He co-founded MEDINOMICS with Mr. Umesh Rathi (Partner) in 2004. He has more than 25 years in pharmaceutical industry and has handled various Niche Premier healthcare products. He has been a board director on a number of private companies. He has directed developments across key parts of the business, including P&L, regulatory/compliance, brand awareness, international market growth and human resources. He looks into company’s commercial contracts and special projects.

MR. UMESH RATHI ( DIRECTOR )
Mr. Umesh Rathi, Founder Partner of the organization, is qualified charted accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1998) with a wealth of corporate governance expertise in the commerce sector. He is a well-known figure in Professional, trade and industrial circles. He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach. He has been a board director on a number of private companies and has been handling company’s Finance, Sales, Marketing and General Management roles through to Global level Marketing, Strategic Planning. His result oriented approach ensures that the company benefits in terms of having the most efficient solutions. He is keen on creating intellectual wealth and loves working in an environment driven by research and development.
