Despite taking uttermost care, at times for reasons beyond our control, products might be delivered to you slightly disfigured or damaged. Although these are rare occurrences, in such a scenario, we would gladly provide a refund of the order value of the product including shipping charges if applicable. If you choose, we would be happy to replace the product instead of a refund.
You are required to report such grievances to our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product. Photographic proof of the damaged product might be demanded. We do not accept returns and orders are not eligible for cancellation once the product is ready for shipment.
